Alana Romans

A Florida native, I moved to Colorado with the mountains in mind. I currently manage communications, special projects and grant writing for a Denver-based nonprofit. In my spare time I love hiking and skiing, and will find any reason to be outdoors. I was introduced to pickleball in 2018, and immediately fell in love with the sport. I grew up an avid tennis player so it has been an exciting transition. I am new the the DMPA Board, and look forward to spreading the word on this amazing sport!

Gerard Barile

Originally from Pennsylvania, Gerard grew up playing tennis and continued this passion through the years. He was re-introduced to Pickleball in 2018 and found the game exciting and challenging. His background is in everything data and analytics, but started off his career as a public accountant. While in the Washington DC area  he had the honor of sitting on the board of multiple $1M+ non-profits, helping them to understand program finances differently and how to effectively use data and technology to make better business decisions. He is looking forward to bringing this expertise to the organization and spreading Pickleball throughout the Denver community.

Tara Henderson

Tara is an Ohio native, and has been in finance since graduating from college. She was introduced to pickleball by some close friends about a year ago.  Being a tennis player, she immediately fell in love, and enjoys introducing new people to the game.
